The one-on-one consultation is 45-60 minutes, during which Elienne will do an assessment including anthropometry (weight, height, BMI, body fat %, muscle mass, and visceral fat rating), medical history, diet history, and analysis of blood tests where necessary. Based on the assessment and goals, you will receive a personalized eating plan, example week menu plan, and supplement suggestions if necessary.
20-30 minute follow-ups are recommended and available at a frequency suited to the patient. Follow-ups are beneficial for support, motivation, and accountability.
