Elienne provides dietary counseling and eating plans for weight loss, weight gain, sport, insulin resistance, PCOS, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, gut issues (like IBS), pregnancy, postpartum period, emotional eating, eating disorders and disordered eating.
Discovery Vitality Nutrition Assessments and Corporate Vitality Wellness Days are also available through the practice.
The practice is contracted-in to most medical aids.
"So in short, seeing Elienne could change your life. My wife and I had both settled into bad eating and exercise habits. We were not generally eating healthy (a lot of takeout), and though I was exercising regularly (I play football and rock climb), I was unfit and overweight.
